For the 5th time, the only one in the world with a six-way cross liver transplant!
Today, six-way cross liver transplant operations were performed for the 5th time at our İnönü University Liver Transplant Institute in Malatya.
Thanks to the Banu Bedestenci Sönmez Liver Cross Transplant System, 227 patients have received a liver transplant.
Incompatibility is not hopelessness.
Thanks to the 'Cross Liver Transplant' system, a unique system for patients who need a liver transplant but have no suitable donor, 6 new patients held on to life. The İnönü University Liver Transplant Institute, ranked first in Europe and second in the world in liver transplants, successfully performed a six-way cross liver transplant for the 5th time.
